A-Z of Useless superpowers/people

I think that this is one of my stronger ideas as it combines both my knowledge of comic characters and my attempts to create funny responses to the ideas in this brief. (PS "Arm Fall Off Boy" is completely real I have not invented him. He takes his own arm off and beats criminals with it. Why not just punch them. Or give them a stern warning.)
